Whether stemming from patient complaints, procedural misunderstandings, or other workplace dynamics, allegations require careful navigation to ensure fair outcomes.

False accusations prompted Bianca, a member of the NPAA Queensland brand to seek assistance in crafting a comprehensive Show Cause response.

Despite Bianca’s resolve to resign from her position regardless of the outcome, she wished to have the opportunity to leave on her own terms. Facing potential termination Bianca reached out to NPAA for assistance in fighting the allegations against her.

A response was written and referred to an external employer law firm to deliberate on the response. From their deliberations a warning was issued along with a show cause on the same disciplinary issues.

Bianca’s assigned case manager protested that this outcome was harsh and unreasonable.

With the Support of NPAA Bianca’s disciplinary outcome was downgraded to a mere warning - a significant victory for Bianca, who was at risk of termination.
